The website focuses on comparing early versions of fairy tales to Disney representations. Information was collected from multiple online journals, Brothers Grimm tales, and from Disney movies. I have focused on the fairy-tales Cinderella, Snow White, and Sleeping Beauty. Each fairy-tale Disney produced was altered from its original version, some stories changed characters names, others included details for cinematic effect, some of the stories have been changed to remove violent elements enabling children along with adults to be able to enjoy the story. Many of the elements that have been excluded may cause concern and can be traumatic.
